Job Description
- Support planning and execution of employee engagement activities and internal programmes
- Assist in employee communication initiatives and campaigns
- Support OD projects including surveys, data collection, and reporting
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and HR communications
- Track engagement activities and support simple reporting/dashboard updates
- Collaborate with business units and support ad-hoc HR initiatives
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Degree in HR, Psychology, Business, Statistic or related field
- Strong interest in OD, Engagement, and Talent Development
- Good communication skills and proactive attitude
- Organised with attention to detail (especially for reporting tasks)
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint (basic data tracking / dashboard exposure is a plus)
