職缺說明

Primary responsibilities, include but not limited to
【Finance Operation】
◆Lead accounting and process team (20+ team members)
◆The accuracy and timely of the close reporting and financial analysis in accordance with policies
◆Ensure internal controls and compliance are in place

【AI & Process Automation】
◆Identify opportunities to automate finance processes (e.g. expense review/payment, collection/invoice processing, reporting)
◆Greater leverage of AI / workflow/ RPA tools (e.g. Copilot, Power Automate, BI tools) to enhance productivity
◆Act as bridge between Finance and IT/digital teams

【Finance Transformation】
◆Drive process standardization and optimization
◆Participate in finance digitalization roadmap
◆Reduce manual workload

Lead or support Projects, including but not limited to:
finance system implementation, new business model execution, legal structure change, business spin-off, integration post-acquisition etc.

應徵資格

Profile:
◆Bachelor’s degree in Finance / Accounting / Business/ Data Analytics
◆8+ years in Controlling / Finance analytics/ Consulting
◆Experience in using GAI/ Copilot, RPA, automation tools in finance
◆Experience in Finance transformation, Process Optimization and Project Management
◆Experience working with ERP (SAP / Oracle)
◆Strong Excel/ Power BI / Data visualization
◆Good English writing and verbal capability/ TOEIC 750+
◆Able to coordinate and motivate self and demonstrate an ability to transform and upgrade team
