Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and produce high‑quality marketing assets using Canva and other creative tools
  • Create, edit and distribute engaging video content for digital platforms
  • Support the planning and execution of events, exhibitions and internal activations
  • Manage marketing administration, including schedules, approvals, suppliers
  • Support SEO and digital marketing initiatives across websites and campaigns
  • Track, analyse and report on campaign performance using data‑driven marketing insights
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency and attention to detail across all marketing materials
  • Work collaboratively across teams and business units in complex stakeholder environments
  • Support brand compliance and continuous improvement of marketing processes
  • Align all marketing activities to clearly defined business goals and KPIs

Skills & Experience Required

  • Strong proficiency in Canva and design for digital and print
  • Practical experience with video editing software (e.g. Adobe, CapCut, Final Cut, or similar)
  • Demonstrated high attention to detail and quality standards
  • Experience in event planning and coordination
  • Solid understanding of SEO, digital marketing and content optimisation
  • Ability to interpret marketing data, dashboards and performance metrics
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Experience working in fast‑paced, complex environments
  • Goal‑driven, proactive and results‑oriented mindset

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years solid experience in a marketing role
  • Experience in any of our BUs would be beneficial.
  • Own Vehicle
  • Knows how to use Canva and excellent powerpoint skills
  • Very creative
  • Understand data driven marketing
  • Highly organized.
  • Knowledge of SEO and AEO as well print marketing
