Job Description
Elevate your career with a globally recognized CRO at the forefront of clinical development. We are seeking a Immunoassay Team Leader to join our well-established regulatory bioanalysis group. This is a high-impact leadership role where you will bridge the gap between technical excellence and client success, supporting major pharmaceutical and biotech partners worldwide.
🚀The Role
As a cornerstone of our laboratory leadership, you will:
- Empower Talent: Lead, mentor, and cultivate a high-performing team of immunoassay study directors.
- Drive Technical Excellence: Oversee complex bioanalytical studies focused on PK, PD, and ADA assays.
- Act as SME: Serve as the primary Subject Matter Expert for LBA assays.
- Optimize & Innovate: Spearhead assay optimization, troubleshooting, and lifecycle management to maintain gold-standard data quality.
- Consultative Client Leadership: Own the relationship with global clients, ensuring timely delivery and strategic alignment.
- Ensure Compliance: Uphold the highest standards of GxP, FDA, and ICH M10 guidelines.
Qualifications
🎯Your Background
- Industry Expertise: Proven track record in a regulatory bioanalysis environment (CRO or Pharma).
- Diploma : PhD in biochemistry or in a related field.
- Scientific Depth: Extensive experience in immunogenicity assays and large molecule analysis.
- Platform Mastery: Hands-on proficiency with MSD, Gyrolab, and ELISA.
- Leadership Provenance: Prior experience in team management, mentoring, or project supervision.
Language: Professional fluency in French and English is essential for this role to support our regional operations and client base
