Job Description

Communication Lead - Global ERP Implementation will be responsible for crafting and disseminating key messages to stakeholders, end-users, and leadership, ensuring a smooth transition to the new system across 120 countries.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a global communication strategy and plan
  • Craft and disseminate key messages to stakeholders, end-users, and leadership
  • Collaborate with change management team to integrate communication with overall change strategy
  • Develop and maintain communication materials, including emails, newsletters, and intranet content
  • Manage and coordinate communication channels, including social media and internal communication platforms
  • Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of communication effort
  • Provide communication support for project milestones and events

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in internal communications, public relations, or a related field
  • Experience with change management communications, preferably in ERP implementations
  • Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Required Skills

  • Experience with global communications and multicultural teams
  • Knowledge of industry-specific business processes
  • Experience with project management and stakeholder engagement
  • Certification in communications or public relations (e.g., APR, CCC)
