Job Description

We are seeking a technically strong Project Manager with proven experience in precast concrete structures and multi-phase structural supervision to lead end-to-end site and factory supervision activities. Candidates requires hands-on expertise in concrete segment production, QA/QC systems, dimensional control, and structural installation practices. The candidate must be capable of interpreting technical specifications, verifying compliance with international standards (EN206, EN13670, EN1008), and enforcing Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) and NCR processes.

Applicants without direct experience in precast concrete, structural erection, and post-tensioning systems will not be considered.

  • Lead supervision teams across manufacturing, logistics, installation, and post-tensioning phases.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, QA/QC procedures, ITPs, and NCR management systems.
  • Oversee precast concrete production, including batching, curing, dimensional inspections, and quality documentation.
  • Supervise transportation and handling, including packing, lifting, and load-out operations.
  • Monitor installation and structural assembly, including foundation readiness, grouting, alignment, and post-tensioning verification.
  • Deliver weekly, monthly, and final technical reports.
  • Lead coordination meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Enforce strict HSE compliance across all supervision activities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in structural, precast, or infrastructure projects.
  • Demonstrated expertise in precast concrete systems, structural erection, and QA/QC processes.
  • Strong working knowledge of EN206, EN13670, and EN1008 standards.
  • Proven ability to review technical documentation and enforce quality compliance on-site and in production facilities.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and reporting skills.

Additional Information

 

  • Direct experience with post-tensioned structures or segmental construction.
  • Background in multi-site or factory-to-site supervision environments.
  • Experience working with international standards and multidisciplinary teams
