Job Description

The EHS Project Manager – Field Services is responsible for overseeing projects from their creation to completion. This includes, but is not limited to: creating and sending proposals, setting up and scheduling projects, promoting safe work practices, facilitating internal and external correspondence, supervising and managing job resources from start to finish, overseeing and billing and payments. This position requires professional interaction with staff, clients, vendors, and sub-contractors on a daily basis.

  • Builds and executes project implementation plans in accordance with the Executive team and in conjunction with the Strategy set by the business Vice President
  • Onsite coordinator of all logistics required for client requirements
  • Responsible for overseeing projects from their creation to completion. This includes, but is not limited to: creating and sending proposals, setting up and scheduling projects, promoting safe work practices, facilitating internal and external correspondence, supervising and managing job resources from start to finish, overseeing billing and payments
  • Creates and sends proposals for acceptance by clients
  • Attends and directs pre-mobilization, bidding, kick-off and leadership site meetings
  • Works with clients and staff to develop logistical plans for implementing and supporting projects
  • Remotely performs data management of installed equipment
  • Works alongside and manages employees and/or subcontractors to install or service equipment on client sites, including re-calibrating equipment as per project requirements
  • Work as “problem solver” throughout the project including but not limited to troubleshooting communications challenges using wi-fi, cellular and enforcing security requirements
  • Routinely provides updates to clients on progress of project and often discusses data provided in order to troubleshoot issues
  • Professional interaction with staff, clients, vendors, and sub-contractors on a daily basis
  • Submits draft and final invoicing to client
  • Ensures timely payment from client

  

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree - Required
  • 5 years or more project management experience - Required
  • 5 years or more of professional service experience - Required
