Job Description

You will be responsible for:

  • Prepare and coordinate local and group reporting
  • Perform detailed P&L, CAPEX or Net Working Capital analyses and corresponding variance analyses
  • Support to enhance data accuracy, transparency and data consolidation activities
  • Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, e.g. by preparing templates, data and monitoring process
  • Manage and monitor cost allocations
  • Support internal control processes (review control documentation, perform quality checks and follow up)
  • Prepare management and business review presentations
  • Collaborate closely with international teams and cross-functional departments

Qualifications

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
  • Several years of relevant experience in Controlling / FP&A (ideally more than 3 years)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Dynamic, proactive, and hands-on mindset
  • Profound Excel skills and strong technical competence, i.e. high system affinity and ideally experience working with financial systems (e.g., ERP, BI tools)
  • Service-oriented attitude with good communication skills
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Ability to work effectively in an international and intercultural environment
