Job Description

  • To handle daily sample receiving, registration, sorting & after sales service with client
  • Assist walk in client and incoming call regarding lab test enquiry
  • Communicate with client on the sample submission & any related issue.
  • Assist in coordinating the lab testing process between Lab, Admin, Sales & Billing Department.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in any course from recognized university / college.
  • Good personality, independent and a good team player.
