Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Field Inspector I to join our team on a part-time basis in Panama City, United States. As a Field Inspector I, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining quality standards through on-site inspections and reporting.

  • Conduct thorough field inspections of assigned properties, structures, or facilities
  • Collect and document accurate data during inspections using standardized forms and procedures
  • Identify and report violations, safety hazards, or non-compliance issues
  • Prepare clear and concise inspection reports using computer software
  • Communicate effectively with property owners, contractors, and other stakeholders
  • Maintain organized records of inspections and follow-up actions
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while on-site
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow
  • Stay updated on relevant local codes, regulations, and inspection techniques

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
