We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Talent Acquisition Lead with strong experience in big corporates. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent specialized fields for our different locations across Pakistan. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our organization maintains a competitive edge by recruiting individuals who possess the technical skills and industry expertise required for success.

• Talent Sourcing; utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, professional networks and referrals to identify and attract top talent
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates to evaluate their qualifications, skills, and expertise ensuring they meet the specific requirements of each position
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on candidate selection and market trends
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and hiring practices to develop effective recruitment strategies
• Provide a positive and professional experience to candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring clear communication and timely feedback
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs
• Generate recruitment reports and metrics to track key performance indicators and provide insights for continuous improvement

• Bachelor's degree
• 5-7 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition roles, with big multinational organizations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to partner with the business
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Excellent English language skills
