We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team in a casual role with the potential to move into permanent employment. This is a labour-intensive position, so you’ll need to be physically capable and ready to take on hands-on tasks. You’ll be fully equipped with PPE and receive comprehensive training to set you up for success and growth in the role.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing operations in accordance with instructions
  • Carrying out routine clerical tasks, including timesheets
  • Sampling trains, ships, and stockpiles
  • Operating mechanical sampling systems
  • Following sampling preparation instructions
  • Conducting physical tests and general equipment maintenance

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Basic mathematical ability
  • Flexibility to work on a rotational roster
  • A strong commitment to safety and teamwork
  • Availability for rotating shift work, with overtime available after training.
