Job Description
- Achieve sales targets of Environmental/Sustainability Services upon agreed with local Sales Manager.
- Contribute to the motivation and development of a strong sales team through active. performance, execution and superior customer relationships and innovative services.
- Client / Affiliates liaison for all correspondence including service inquiries, receipt of client inquiries and response with quotations and delivery of presentation to clients.
- Develop new clients database and follow new business leads. Create new opportunity via direct outreach to clients
- Take full ownership of a client from lead generation, offering solutions to closing deals through various sales activities including sale visits, appointments, telephone sales and cold calling.
- Be accountable for good relationships with clients through calling, email, visits and problem solving in a timely and professional manner.
- Study other competitors’ rate & performance and suggest the strategies to Sales Manager
- Execute agreed action plan to acquire new clients or new services for existing clients as assigned by Sales Manager
- Submitting regular report to Sales Manager
- Other tasks requested by Sales Manager & SBU Manager
Qualifications
- College or Bachelor Degree of Economic/Commerce/Business or related disciplines.
- Proficient in English - especially speaking and listening (IELTS 6.0 or equivalent as minimum).
- 1-3 year experience in Real Estate (RE) Market or Sustainability is desirable

- Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office
- Patience, client-oriented, and commercial awareness.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Good at interpersonal skill.
- Good communication skill (both writing and speaking).
