PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Team Leader GBS P2P (AP)
- Process
- Assuring high quality of service delivery based on Service Level Agreements and agreed KPIs
- First contact for issues escalation within P2P process (AP)
- Cooperation with Internal and External Audit
- Performing P2P (AP) controls
- Advising other team members in terms of P2P(AP) process matters
- Introduce Improvements within P2P process (AP)
- Coordination:
- Coordinate completion of P2P (AP) processes
- Delegate tasks
- Distribute the workload and supervise the team in day to day operations
- Managing HR Matters
- Communicate deadlines
- Monitor the team performance
- Resolve or escalate any process issues
- Attend and lead team meetings
- Prepare reports
- Building relationship with the countries during day to day operations
- Communication:
- point of contact to the affiliates management
- report to FSSC manager
- provide the guideline to the team based on the management decisions
- Motivation:
- Motivate team members
- Listen to team member’s feedback and resolve or escalate any issues
- Suggest and organize team building activities
- Create a positive team environment
