About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Data Collection & Customer Success Representative to join our growing team. This role combines regulatory data gathering with customer interaction, playing a key part in supporting our platform's content and helping our clients succeed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and collect relevant regulatory and non-regulatory content, primarily focused on European countries, especially in the agri-food sector.
  • Monitor and evaluate sources of legislation, regulatory updates, and industry news.
  • Define requirements for web-scraping of designated data sources.
  • Communicate with local authorities in agri-food regulation across target countries.
  • Collaborate closely with regulatory specialists and the software development team.
  • Provide direct support to clients: respond to inquiries, deliver training, and prepare tailored reports.
  • Offer insights and feedback to support the development of machine learning models.

Skills & Experience

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in food safety, regulatory affairs, or compliance within the food and/or consumer goods industry.
  • Solid understanding of product functionality and user needs.
  • Empathy, adaptability, and flexibility in addressing diverse challenges.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

Education & Language

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Food Science, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or a related field.
  • English (C1 level minimum).
  • Proficiency in German or French is a strong advantage.
