• Overall in-charge of the warehouse.
• Responsibilities include developing plans to monitor the usage levels of storage space, managing warehouse facilities, and reviewing the quality and efficiency of warehouse storage and layout plans.
• Responsibilities include planning the marker distribution to ensure the safety and security of the marker, the vehicle, and the distribution team from the warehouse to the delivery location.

• The analytical and logical individual also explores feasible solutions to improve service.

• Maintains inventory and supplies by receiving, storing, and delivering items and ensuring the safety and security of these goods inside the warehouse.

• Analyses the process, operations and technology of warehousing.

• People Management

• Ensures compliance to the Group and national policies including but not limited to the maintenance of the Quality Management System
• Operating to the highest standards of ethics, in accordance with the SGS Code of Integrity.
• Checks and monitors warehouse operations’ compliance to local government and statutory laws and regulations.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Able to do night shift or rotating schedule of providing support.
• Able to travel and provide onsite assistance to FM operations if required.
