• Prompt response to queries from affiliates
• To conduct trainings as per the schedule
• To maintain good client relationship
• To conduct L1 audit as assigned by Business Manager
• To conduct L2 audit as assigned by Business Manager  
• To assist sales team in clients’ meeting whenever required
• To guide sales team in technical queries from clients 

ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, BRC Food, BRC packaging; additional other qualifications e.g. ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 is preferred.
