Job Description

Coordinate with BU/CF to implement the employee programs to achieve engagement and reinforces a positive work environment.    
    
Proactive propose the ideas/program to increase employee involvement and motivation (vision meetings, fun activities, wellness activities)    
    
Conduct survey related to engagement events to identify the employee's requirements and expectations, manage all events set-up and follow-up processes.    
    
Remaining under budget with all costs; Creating PR, follow-up PO and payments on time    
    
Partnering with BU/CF to enhance on-boarding program more engagement and innovated    
    
Arrange Visa for SGS employees in overseas training courses    
    
Develop and manage social media communications relating to employee (Email, Facebook, Yammers, Youtube, LinkedIn,…)    
    
Design training materials for Classroom training & E-Learning on LMS    
    
Responsibility in training classroom organization    
    
 

Qualifications

Good in excel, word, pivot tables, powerpoint    
Intermediate English in writing, communicating    
Innovation in organizing company activities    
Internal Customer Services mindset    
Use designing software is must, e-learning tool is plus    
1+ years of experience in employee engagment related to L&OD, employer branding.    
University graduated
