Job Description

  • Handling all administrative duties required by HR & Admin Manager.
  • Assisting all departments for sending and receiving courier either documents or parcells. 
  • Greeting of guests and visitors in a friendly manner
  • Taking all internal and external calls and transferring to appropriate person
  • Record-keeping of log-books.
  • Deal with all enquiries in a professional and courteous manner, in person, on the telephone or via e-mail
  • Assist in keeping the reception and office area clean and tidy, at all times
  • Be responsible for evacuation, in cases of emergency, acting as first point of contact for guests and the emergency services
  • Preparation, edition, reception, dispatch, filing and archiving of any type of correspondences (mail, fax, etc.)
  • Assistance in other daily administrative tasks such as providing secretarial assistance and assisting other officers/staff in obtaining delivery of certificates.
  • Always adhere to all company policies and procedures
  • Perform other tasks, duties or responsibilities to achieve operations efficiency, as maybe required by C&P Management.

Qualifications

Professional qualifications

  • University Degree or International Schools Graduates.
  • Very Good communication skills
  • Fluent in English and any other language are an advantage

Additional Information

Experience / Technical knowledge

  • 1-3 Years Experience.
