The ideal candidate is a Saudi National with a strong background in civil engineering, a minimum of 8 years' experience, and a valid PMP certification. A valid Saudi driving license is essential for this role due to site mobility requirements.

• Plan and oversee roadwork, excavation, and infrastructure projects from initiation through to completion.

• Manage project budgets, schedules, resources, and quality standards.

• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, clients, and government bodies to ensure smooth execution.

• Ensure compliance with local codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.

• Supervise on-site activities and provide regular progress updates to management.

• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans.

• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and reporting.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field

• 8+ years of relevant experience in roadworks, excavation, and infrastructure

• Valid and up-to-date PMP certification

• Valid Saudi driving license (mandatory)

• Strong technical knowledge of civil construction and infrastructure development

• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills

• Fluent in both Arabic and English

• Saudi National (mandatory)
