Job Description

Administrative processing :

  • Contact person for GBS Team and auditors for CertIQ issues
  • Preparation of client’s offers
  • Coordination of audits and deadline control / scheduling in CertIQ
  • Correct recording in CertIQ database / CRM
  • Handling of clients issues
  • Contacting clients before and after audits
  • Approval of auditors invoices
  • Upload of documents to Sharepoint / ePac
  • Vacation deputies for other back office employees

Qualifications

  • Basic commercial education and if possible further training
  • Several years of experience within the same position
  • Fluent in German and good knowledge in English 
  • Handling with modern PC applications
  • Good organizational and communication skills
  • Reliable, flexible and accurate
  • Team oriented
