POSITION SUMMARY
The Sales Operations Manager is responsible for supporting the revenue and client satisfaction objectives of the sales team. This position is also responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales strategies into the day-to-day activities of a sales team, driving quality and sales performance in a targeted and dynamic environment.

Job Description
JOB FUNCTIONS
- Developing and Implementing Sales Processes: Creating and refining sales processes to ensure they are efficient and effective. Creating and managing automation tools to streamline the sales process. Drive process management initiatives.
- Data Analysis and Forecasting: Analyzing sales data to create sales forecasts and identify trends. Conducting gap analysis, identifying key opportunities to support account/territory plan design and coverage planning.
- Collaborating with Other Departments: Working with departments like Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to align sales strategies with business goals.
- Managing Sales Technology: Implementing and managing CRM tools and other sales technologies to maximize efficiency and customer relationships.
- Performance Management: Monitoring and improving sales performance through data-driven recommendations.
- Customer Segmentation/Market Definition: Work with internal stakeholders to define a strategic roadmap, evaluate and implement new solutions, integrate to existing technologies, and help enable the NAM sales organization to stay one step ahead.
- Manage sales communication, optimization and administration including implementation of strategy, budgets, vendors, content development, social media, public relations, marketing initiatives, lead generation, advertising, calendar, events, etc.
- Manage and coordinates Sales Training
- In collaboration with Marketing prepare bid/deal/RFP/proposal responses.
