Job Description

  • Coordinate Electrical Lab Testing activities / requirements.
  • Supervise and coordinate Quality System for local compliance following ISO 17025 and other relevant standard requirements and maintenance of record and documentation.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure correct and timely test report issuance in relation to the productivity and quality targets of the lab.
  • Provide quality and technically based opinion on product standards and product classification and certification.
  • Assist in the resolution of standard, classification, certification cases and other requests and/or inquiries by utilization of technical expertise on specific goods or commodity.
  • Execute site inspections upon request of section Head.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree of Engineering in a relevant field
  • 1-3 years' experience.
  • Customer service, front office and coordination experience are advantage.
  • Digital marketing exposure is an added advantage.
  • Knowledge and excellent background of relevant working Schemes.
