Job Title: Administrator
Job Type: 6 months fixed term contract
Hours: Can accommodate 5 days per week or 3 days per week
Job Location: Shepton Mallet
We are currently looking for a Junior Finance Administrator to join our team and assist with the following:
- Onboarding customers
- Raising requests and invoices in a timely & accurate manner using SGS systems
- Responsibility for updating records to ensure invoicing management data is accurate at all times.
- Access SGS’ inhouse software to access data relating to declarations and send to clients.
- Respond quickly and efficiently to client/colleague queries.
- Work closely with the Administration Manager to assist with collections and credit controlling customers
Qualifications
Essential
- Experience with finance related activities involving multiple clients and services.
- Ability to use Excel to input data and extract reports
