We are currently hiring Legal Assistant to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Legal Assistant, your role will involve a combination of administrative tasks, legal research, stakeholder interactions, and document management, contributing to the efficient and effective delivery of legal services.

Job Description

  • Manage the day-to-day administrative and legal requirements and follow up on progress
  • Daily record keeping with electronic and hard copy filing of documents
  • Interpret laws and regulations in legal documents
  • Record and proofread legal documents and reports
  • Prepare and format legal and management reports
  • Perform due diligence on contracts and business agreements
  • Perform legal and factual research
  • Monitor new and updated laws and regulations and ensure compliance with local and federal regulations
  • Handle transactions with authorities like CR renewal, CR updates, and similar matters
  • Prepare correspondence, resolutions and minutes of meetings
  • Arrange and coordinate for translations and attestations of documents as and when required
  • Process law firm and third party vendor invoices

Qualifications

  • Law graduate or relevant disciplines
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience; preferably in-house corporate experience
  • Strong knowledge of local and federal laws
  • Strong command of spoken and written English
  • Good Drafting skills
  • Detail-oriented and highly motivated individual with good time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage several projects simultaneously with short deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
