As a Senior Dynamics 365 Architect in the Acceleration Team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the technical excellence of Dynamics 365 implementations while providing expert guidance to the Scrum Master and the Technical Leads. Your experience and insights will help shape the success of our projects and drive the adoption of best practices and solution architecture.

More Specifically, You Will: 

• Lead the gathering of technical requirements, proposing robust solutions aligned with POC/MVP architectural and business needs. 
• Collaborate closely with business groups, including DBO, to define precise project specifications for Dynamics 365 implementations. 
• Develop comprehensive and innovative technical solution designs for diverse Dynamics 365 modules, such as Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service. 
• Engage with internal customers during product demos and evaluations, leveraging your expertise to ensure client satisfaction. 
• Spearhead the enhancement of development, testing, and release processes, driving operational efficiency and excellence. 
• Document, assess, and proactively address technical risks, issues, and technical debt, safeguarding project success.
• Working collaboratively with Scrum Masters, business analysts, and technical leads to establish well-defined project timelines and requirements gathering processes. 
• Coordinate and support development tasks across multiple teams, ensuring seamless integration and efficient execution. 
• Mentor and upskill the existing technical leads, empowering them with cutting-edge knowledge in new technologies and Dynamics 365 enhancements. 
• Contribute your insights and expertise to the Product Development side of the business, driving continuous improvement. 

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in implementing and managing field services solutions at an enterprise level, specifically with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a relevant discipline (B.A./B.Sc./B.Com). 
• A minimum of 4 years of consulting or relevant work experience, showcasing your mastery in the field. 
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, with exceptional prioritization skills. 
• Strong facilitation skills, adept at leading productive meetings with project team members and sponsors. 
• Expertise in translating technical information into easily understandable business concepts guiding strategic decision-making. 
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling you to navigate intricate challenges with confidence. 
• Great interpersonal skills, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment where teamwork thrives. 
• A natural inclination for autonomy and creative thinking, providing innovative solutions to complex problems. 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages like French, Portuguese, and Spanish is an asset.
