• Support testing and certification for Periodic Inspection, Testing and Certification (PITC) application 
• Familiar with WR1 & 2 and local public work business
• Ensure/supervise technicians’ competency in carrying out all related tests
• Manage/arrange technical staffs/subcontractors to complete the projects on time 
• Develop business plans and build up customer database
• Promote SGS service and build business relationship

• Degree holder in electrical/electronic related discipline
• Own grade A or B registered electrical workers will be considered in priority 
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation and strategic management skills
• Mobile and willing to work on-site
• Good command of Chinese (including Mandarin) and English is a must
• Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
