Job Description

Primary Responsibility

Responsible for organizing the Industrial-NDT day to day activities, Final Review & Approval to Inspection Reports, and assisting the Industrial Business Director in the development and maintenance of Industrial Division through continuous promotion of services and the establishment of proper control measures. Assist the strategic planning of divisional goals and objectives and of ensuring the attainment of goals and performance standards of his division. Also responsible for the formulation and implementation of policies and procedures, quality management system in his division.

Specific Responsibility

Directs, monitors and reports the division operations
• Takes lead in the development of a professional and productive workforce.
• Motivates and effectively disciplines subordinates
• Performs workload distribution and manpower requirement planning
• Manage inspection budget, ensure costs are adequately controlled and tracked.
• Assist on reviewing overall division budget and monitors division’s financial performance.
• Decides on movements of people within his division.
• Leads the sales and marketing activities of the division.
• Ensures that the requirements of the international standard and the quality management system are implemented accordingly.
• Takes the lead in determining, planning and executing continual improvement in the division.
• Performs other related duties as may be assigned either in support of departmental goal or for his personal or professional training, education or development as programmed by his immediate superior.
• Ensure the Best Quality of execution.
• Handles complaints/claims that may arise from client.
• Performs Inspection and Testing when needed.

Qualifications

  • College graduate (Sciences or Engineering courses or related field)
  • Minimum of 10 years experience as Supervisor / Operations Manager in a related field
  • Has above average client service relations
  • Has above average people skills in order to coordinate and motivate the team towards a common goal
  • Has good planning and operational skills in order to realize opportunities in conformity to business strategies
