Job Description

  • Review global chemical regulations.
  • Provide technical support and consultancy to operations / customer services / frontlines / clients.
  • Organize and delivering seminar and training (internal and external).
  • Offer technical support for frontline in client meeting and lab tour.
  • Act as project owner to provide technical support for VIP buyers’ testing program.
  • Provide technical support to monitor, implement buyer test program locally and globally.
  • Carry out researches for client’s and assigned technical project or task assigned by his/ her team manager.

Qualifications

  • Master degree or above in chemistry or related science disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years solid experience in testing laboratory
  • Presentable and Proactive
  • Be analytical, detail-oriented with excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skill ability
  • Must have strong communication and customer service skill.
  • Able to work under pressure and a good team player in a dynamic & fast paced environment 
  • Good command of English and Mandarin, both written and spoken
  • Experience in product manufacturing and laboratory operations is preferred
  • Experience in customer services is an advantage
