Job Description

Your key responsibilities in this role will include but are not limited to:

  • Managing receipts from all trade shipping orders 
  • Providing instructions to the relevant executing branch office
  • Following-up on creation of Boss Order when needed
  • Handling day-to-day communications with clients
  • Managing outstanding Daily/Final inspection reports and analysis results
  • Assisting managing with Umpire and Buyer Samples such as drafting certificates and sample dispatch 
  • Maintaining client relationships 

Qualifications

As the successful candidate you will have:

  • Two years office experience within a laboratory environment, preferred not essential
  • Commercial document training 
  • Computer skills with (Word, Excel and CCLAS)
  • Excellent time management skills and handing tight deadlines 
  • Good problem solving skills dealing with client demand
  • Strong project management skills  
  • High attention to detail
