Job Description

  • Provide help desk support and resolve problems to the end-user’s satisfaction.
  • Perform timely workstation hardware and software upgrades as required.
  • Install, test and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment and software.
  • Resolve Hardware & Network Issues.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science or related fields.
  • 1-3 years of experience as help desk
  • Able to follow documented standard procedures.
  • Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Demonstrate the ability to learn new skills techniques and responsibilities.
