- Assess patients' health conditions and develop comprehensive care plans

- Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using electronic health record systems
- Respond promptly to changes in patients' conditions and implement appropriate interventions
- Assist with medical procedures and diagnostic tests as needed
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and organizational policies
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent degree required
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Australia
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of current nursing practices and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems and basic computer skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and assist with patient mobility
- Empathetic and patient-centered approach to care
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Resilience and ability to handle high-stress situations
- Previous nursing experience preferred
