Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent degree required
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Australia
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of current nursing practices and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Proficiency in electronic health record systems and basic computer skills
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and assist with patient mobility
  • Empathetic and patient-centered approach to care
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Resilience and ability to handle high-stress situations
  • Previous nursing experience preferred
