About Growth
The SEEK Pass Growth function is responsible for accelerating adoption, value and growth by increasing awareness and usage of both SEEK Pass and verified credentials on SEEK. The function focuses on expanding credential range and adoption in each country through local partnerships, integrations, insights and marketing, building a strong ecosystem of HR integration partners to grow usage, value and revenue, while developing the capabilities needed to scale SEEK Pass. In practice, this spans marketing, country growth, government and vendor engagement, ecosystem integrations, and risk and accreditation.
Job Description
The Role
The Partner Success Lead is a newly created role within the SEEK Pass Growth function, responsible for helping strategic partners realise value quickly and sustainably through strong onboarding, adoption, operational support and ongoing growth.
This role sits at the intersection of commercial growth, partner experience, product adoption and operational excellence, and is accountable for driving partner performance after launch, improving retention and expansion outcomes, and building the foundations that make partner success more consistent and scalable as the partner ecosystem grows.
This role will work closely with partners and internal stakeholders across Growth, Product, Operations and Engineering and other SEEK teams to ensure partners are set up well, supported effectively and positioned to deliver measurable value over time. As the first role of its kind in the team, it requires a capable, commercially minded and systems-oriented operator with a strong sense of ownership, who can move beyond reactive account support to create a more structured and scalable partner success processes and systems. This includes building clear success practices, stronger feedback loops and more consistent execution across the partner lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the post-launch success strategy and outcomes for a portfolio of strategic partners, with accountability for adoption, engagement retention, expansion and long-term value.
- Build trusted relationships with key partner stakeholders and act as a strategic point of contact for ongoing partner performance, growth opportunities and issue resolution.
- Build and maintain a strong understanding of SEEK Pass products, partner needs and ecosystem dynamics, and act as a trusted subject matter expert for partners and internal teams.
- Develop and execute partner success plans with clear goals, milestones, risks and actions that support market growth and ecosystem expansion
- Identify and pursue commercial, operational and product opportunities to increase partner value, contribution and long-term growth.
- Act as the voice of the partner by surfacing recurring partner needs, pain points and opportunities and translate these into clear input for roadmap, proposition and process decisions.
- Work closely with Growth, Product, Operations, Analytics and the Integration Experiences squad to remove friction and improve partner onboarding, implementation and ongoing partner performance.
- Design and implement scalable partner success frameworks including onboarding journeys, training, health metrics, intervention playbooks, that improve consistency and effectiveness.
- Establish success measures and reporting and operating rhythms, that provide clear visibility to partner performance, adoption trends, opportunities and risks and priority actions.
- Proactively identify at-risk partners and coordinate targeted intervention plans that improve retention, strengthen partner outcomes and protect long-term value.
- Lead complex partner issues through to resolution, including balancing strong partner advocacy with internal prioritisation.
- Facilitate partner-facing training, consulting and advisory sessions, including webinars and workshops where needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to build partner-facing enablement tools, content and systems that help SEEK Pass partnerships perform well and scale effectively.
- Contribute to the development of a broader partner operating model, including systems, standards, feedback loops and processes that help partner success scale as the business grows.
The Team
This role sits within the SEEK Pass Growth function, which is responsible for marketing & enablement, country partnerships, government and vendor engagement, ecosystem integrations, compliance and accreditation. Reporting to the Senior Growth Manager, this role sits within the SEEK Pass Core Growth team, comprising of marketing, enablement, partner success, compliance and accreditation. The role will also work closely with a diverse set of stakeholders, including SEEK Pass squads and team members across growth, product, operations, and engineering, as well as well as SEEK sales, marketing, go-to-market teams and external partners.
This role is based in Kuala Lumpur, with occasional travel across APAC.
Qualifications
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to thrive in a high-autonomy, high accountability environment.
- Proven experience in partner success, customer success, account management or a closely related commercial role.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to connect partner activity to growth outcomes.
- Proven experience managing partner relationships across all levels of an organisation and driving partner growth, retention and expansion outcomes.
- Proven ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and design scalable systems, processes and ways of working from the ground up.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams and drive outcomes without formal authority.
- Experience creating structure, process and playbooks in evolving environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong presentation skills and the ability to confidently and effectively articulate a story.
- Strong strategic thinking and data-informed prioritisation, with the ability to convert broad strategic goals into structured plans, actions and measurable outcomes.
- Strong technical fluency and and confidence working with API-enabled products, integration environments and platform ecosystems.
- Excellent judgement, with the ability to identify the critical few priorities and make sound trade-offs in a fast-moving environment.
- Collaborative and pragmatic working style, with the ability to work independently while partnering effectively across a broad cross-functional environment.
Desirable but not required
- Experience scaling up partnership success processes
- Domain knowledge in identity, verification, credentialling or related areas
- Familiarity with product-led change, lifecycle programs or partner health frameworks
- Domain knowledge in online marketplaces and digital platforms
- Experience in early-stage start-ups and scale-ups
