Job Description
As a Remuneration & Benefits Lead at SEEK, you’ll deliver reward solutions that attract, motivate and retain top talent across the business. You’ll partner with leaders and People & Culture teams to design, manage and continuously improve remuneration frameworks, incentive programs and benefits that reflect SEEK’s purpose and culture.
You’ll report to the Head of Remuneration & Benefits within our People &Culture Centre of Excellence and collaborate across multiple business units. Your work will shape equitable pay practices and strategic insights that support performance and growth. Success means delivering accurate, compliant and forward-thinking reward programs that are well understood, trusted and valued by SEEKers.
Key responsibilities
- Contribute to the design and delivery of reward frameworks aligned to SEEK’s remuneration philosophy
- Provide insights on pay benchmarking, salary structures and incentive design
- Manage annual remuneration cycles and key regulatory obligations
- Advise leaders on role evaluations, pay reviews and internal equity
- Monitor and report remuneration trends to support data-informed decisions
- Enhance employee benefits programs that support wellbeing and recognition
- Partner with HR systems and finance teams to ensure data accuracy and compliance
Qualifications
- Degree in Human Resources, Commerce, or related discipline
- Proven experience in remuneration and benefits or total rewards
- Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and HR systems
- Knowledge of remuneration frameworks, job sizing and market benchmarking
- Sound understanding of employment legislation and compliance standards
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
