Job Description
- Research on hot topics discussions on multiple platforms (social media, community, google trends, Quora) weekly to be formed into threads discussions, regular thread and KOL events.
- Invent, pitch, test, monitor and analyze content experiments.
- Organize and execute activation planning such as AMA or webinar session, monitor progress and prepare postmortem reports.
- Organize and execute promotion plans for regular threads, monitor progress and prepare postmortem reports.
- Organize, execute and report: synchronize schedule with local Jobsdb teams where community threads creation is involved (University events, hirer events etc.)
- Proofreading weekly copies from organic user point of views.
- Work closely with agency to ensure alignment of deliverables on community management and engagement.
- Work closely with copywriters on the content calendar to ensure timelines, relevancy, and resonance.
- Conduct weekly competitor analysis monitoring: Trending contents, KOL activations and promotional activities using third party platform
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Media or related field
- 2+ years experience in community management, preferably in the HK market
- Demonstrated success in building engaged digital communities from the ground up
- Strong understanding of Hong Kong’s professional landscape
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Data-driven approach to community development and growth
- Experience working in agile environments with cross-functional teams
- Strong communication skills and passion for connecting with professionals
