Work Schedule: 2nd Shift (4:00 PM – 12:00 AM). Shift may be changed to 1st Shift (6:00 AM – 2:00 PM) as needed.

Salary: $75k ~ 80k DOE

We are seeking a System Manager to oversee and support the Equipment Control System (ECS) within a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining system stability, supporting manufacturing operations, and ensuring optimal system performance.

Korean Bilingual Required

• Oversee the operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Equipment Control System (ECS).
• Monitor and manage data workflows to optimize manufacturing processes and ensure real-time system performance.
• Deploy validated system updates into the production environment and monitor post-deployment performance.
• Troubleshoot system and operational issues to minimize production downtime.
• Install, configure, maintain, and administer MS SQL Server, Linux-based operating systems, and related servers.
• Perform system administration tasks, including shell scripting, equipment backup management, and routine operational support.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure stable manufacturing system operations.
• Support ongoing system enhancements and process improvements.

Requirements

• Korean and English bilingual (required)
• Experience supporting or administering MES (Manufacturing Execution System) or ECS (Equipment Control System)
• Experience installing and managing MS SQL Server
• Experience administering Linux-based operating systems
• Experience with Shell scripting and system operational management
• Experience performing equipment backup and system maintenance
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in a manufacturing or automation environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting manufacturing automation systems
• Ability to work flexible shifts and rotate schedules based on business needs
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
