On-site position Initial schedule: 2nd Shift (4:00 PM – 12:00 AM) May transition to or rotate with 1st Shift (6:00 AM – 2:00 PM) based on business needs.

 

Position Summary

We are seeking a System Manager (ECS) to support and maintain the Equipment Control System (ECS) within a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for ensuring stable system operations, managing data workflows, supporting automation systems, and troubleshooting production-related issues to minimize downtime.

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting MES/ECS systems, Linux servers, and Microsoft SQL Server in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

     

     

     

        Job Description

         

        • Manage and support the Equipment Control System (ECS) for manufacturing operations.
        • Monitor system performance and ensure stable, real-time operation of automation systems.
        • Manage and optimize data workflows to improve manufacturing efficiency.
        • Deploy validated system updates and enhancements into the production environment.
        • Troubleshoot ECS and system-related issues to minimize operational downtime.
        • Install, configure, and maintain Linux-based servers and Microsoft SQL Server environments.

        Qualifications

        Preferred Qualifications

        Experience supporting manufacturing automation or smart factory environments. Knowledge of manufacturing system integration and production support. Experience working in a 24/7 production environment.

        Required Qualifications

        Experience supporting MES (Manufacturing Execution System) or Equipment Control System (ECS). Experience administering Linux-based operating systems. Experience installing, configuring, and managing Microsoft SQL Server. Experience with Shell scripting and system administration. Experience performing server maintenance, equipment backups, and operational support. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate effectively in both Korean and English.

        • Perform server administration, equipment backup, and routine system maintenance.
        • Develop and maintain Shell scripts to support system operations and automation.
        • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure reliable and efficient manufacturing system performance.
        • Maintain technical documentation and follow operational procedures.
