We are seeking a highly motivated and English/Korean Bilingual Door Hardware & Smart Lock Specialist to join our growing team. This unique hybrid role combines business development, market research, and technical support for smart lock and door hardware solutions. The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of the door hardware or smart lock industry, can manage technical client interactions, and is comfortable helping expand our presence in the U.S. market while coordinating with our overseas headquarters.

Job Description

B2B Sales & Market Expansion:

  • Identify, engage, and secure new B2B buyers (distributors, sales reps, resellers, etc.) in the U.S. market

  • Serve as a liaison between U.S. buyers and the Korean HQ for smooth communication and project execution

  • Lead purchase order (PO) discussions and negotiations with partners

  • Conduct ongoing market research to identify trends and opportunities in the door hardware and smart lock space

Technical Support & Customer Success:

  • Onboard and support B2B clients with installation, training, and usage of smart locks and cloud-based access platforms

  • Troubleshoot technical issues remotely and escalate to internal teams as needed

  • Develop support materials such as user guides, documentation, and FAQs

  • Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to relay client feedback and contribute to product improvement

  • Maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure continued satisfaction and retention

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the smart lock and/or door hardware industry
  • Experience working with B2B clients, particularly in access control or building technology

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

  • Strong market research and business analysis capabilities

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setting

  • Korean/English bilingual required

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
