What you'll bring

This role is a strong fit if you're studying Social Media, Communications, Business Administration, Business Informatics, Psychology, or Media Design - and you want hands-on experience in B2B sales and marketing.

• A structured, analytical mindset for capturing and presenting complex topics clearly
• Confidence with MS Office tools - especially PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach
• A customer-oriented mindset with the drive to take real ownership of tasks
• Familiarity with CRM systems or SAP tools is a plus, but not required
• Fluency in German and English (both of them C1+) and location close to Walldorf is required for this role

What you'll build

You'll contribute directly to customer engagement and business development for SAP SuccessFactors in the German market.

• Support the full sales cycle - from preparing customer meetings to managing follow-ups
• Maintain and update customer information in CRM systems
• Plan and organise customer events including community meetings, trade fairs, and workshops
• Build LinkedIn content and community engagement around HR innovation topics
• Develop enablement materials, presentations, and internal communications
• Contribute ideas on how to strengthen SAP SuccessFactors' positioning in digital HR transformation
