As a working student you will be part of SAP Next Gen, a global network of students and early professionals growing together. You'll access mentors, development programmes, and peers building careers alongside you. It's a place to start something real.

The SAP University Alliances (SAP UA) program is regarded being the bridge connecting SAP and academia to educate the next generation. We engage at SAP events, build industry partnerships, and prepare graduates for the SAP ecosystem strategically. The program enables educators to teach hands-on with SAP technology at a university, participate in research activities to build high-impact collaborations to educate the leaders of tomorrow, as well as foster close partnerships with the academic community through regional academic boards, where we regularly meet and align to shape the future of the SAP University Alliances Program.

The SAP Academic Partner Success team delivers the SAP University Alliances Portfolio into the corresponding regional areas of responsibility to support researchers, educators, and learners on becoming knowledgeable and enthusiastic about SAP and SAP solutions – and successful in their life!

And last but not least, SAP Academic Partnerships offers SAP partners and customers opportunities to connect with young talents and attract them to work for their organizations, among other synergies.
