SAP iXp Intern - Employer Brand Coordinator (limited full-time)

  • Intern

Job Description

What you'll bring

You are a university student with a knack for social media and storytelling, looking to build real employer branding experience on a global stage.

  • An instinctive storyteller who adapts their approach for different audiences
  • Skilled at creating social media content — short-form video, carousels, and captions
  • Candidate-focused, keeping the experience front of mind in everything you create
  • Comfortable working within brand tone of voice and visual guidelines
  • Proactive and able to manage your own workload in a globally distributed team

We also look for people who communicate clearly, keep the customer in mind, and enjoy finding smart solutions to problems — whatever stage of your career you're at.

In addition to the role-specific skills above, all student and early talent positions at SAP look for candidates who are open to working with AI tools — including agentic AI — to automate everyday tasks, prototype ideas, and build confidence in AI-assisted ways of working from day one.

What you'll build

You will help an award-winning global team create content that positions SAP as an employer of choice to talent audiences around the world.

  • Create and publish social content targeting diverse candidate audiences globally
  • Produce short-form video, carousels, and captions for the LifeAtSAP channels
  • Track the latest social media trends and test fresh content ideas
  • Support recruitment marketing campaigns across different target audiences
  • Develop content for the SAP Careers site to engage job seekers at every stage
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Talent Discovery, People & Culture, and the wider business

Where you belong

The Global Employer Brand Team is a worldwide group of subject matter experts who work together to present SAP as an employer of choice to the external talent market. We own the LifeAtSAP social channels, run the SAP Careers site, and deliver recruitment marketing campaigns that reach candidates globally. It's a creative, collaborative team where your work will be visible — and your fresh perspective valued — from day one. When you join SAP, you'll be a part of SAP Next Gen — a global community of students and early professionals with access to mentors, development programmes, and peers.
