Within the SAP Build Process Automation unit, you will join an R&D team specializing in Low-Code / No-Code (LCNC) design and the execution of intelligent agents that automate business processes. The team covers the entire product lifecycle: development, validation, deployment, and customer support.
As a full member of the team, your responsibilities will cover three main areas:
Product quality validation: Design and execute functional and regression test plans, investigate and qualify bugs, write automated test scenarios, and contribute to the continuous improvement of product coverage and stability.
Customer support and assistance: Handle Level 2 and Level 3 support requests, analyze incidents reported by customers, write and enrich the knowledge base (documentation, user guides, FAQs), and participate in direct customer interactions in an international context.
Feature definition: Gather and analyze customer needs, formalize use cases and functional specifications, and contribute to product decisions in collaboration with development and product management teams.
A key cross-functional aspect of this role is the use of generative AI to accelerate product validation, enrich the knowledge base, and improve the quality of customer support.
What you'll bring
You are a final-year engineering school or master's student (5-year degree / Bac+5), specializing in computer science, information systems, or software engineering. This position is aimed at someone passionate about product quality and customer experience, who is considering a career at the intersection of R&D and real-world customer needs.
Technical Skills
Familiarity with testing methodologies (functional testing, regression testing, automation)
Understanding of cloud architectures and process automation tools is a plus
Interest in AI technologies: LLMs, autonomous agents, and No-Code / Low-Code tools
Ability to read and understand code (JavaScript / TypeScript) in order to evaluate product behavior
Personal Qualities
Well-developed analytical skills and attention to detail when investigating and qualifying issues
Great interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with customers
Team player who is comfortable working in an international and multicultural environment
Autonomous, forward-thinker, and able to learn quickly
