No prior HR experience is required, you bring curiosity, a problem-solving mindset, and a genuine drive to help others. Proficiency in English plus German is expected. Familiarity with digital tools and an interest in HR technology — including automation, AI, and workflow platforms — will set you up well. Above all, you're responsive, take ownership of your tasks, and aren't afraid to question how things are done.

 

What you'll do

You'll be a first point of contact for employees, handling HR inquiries across ticketing systems, email, chat, and phone. Day-to-day, that means researching answers in the Knowledge Database, resolving a growing range of query types with increasing confidence, and ensuring knowledge content stays accurate and up-to-date in collaboration with other HR teams. You'll also contribute to content audits, flag recurring inquiry patterns, and get involved in cross-functional projects — including process improvements and innovations like automation, machine learning, and chatbots.

Day-to-day tasks will indude:

  •  Handling HR questions via a ticketing system, email, chat and on the Phone
  •  Researching answers in our Knowledge Database
  •  You will ensure the Database is up-to-date by collaborating With other HR teams
  •  In addition, you will have opportunities to get involved in various cross-functional HR projects
  • induding process and technical innovatłons such as robotics, automation, machine learning
  • and chatbots
