Job Description

 

Ryanair are currently recruiting a Technical Records Administrator to join the Engineering Team of Europe’s Largest Airline Group.

Based in our Head Office in Dublin, this is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain experience in Europe’s leading airline, working closely with Senior Management responsible for Technical Services of over 650 aircraft.

Working a part of our Technical Services team you will report to the Continuing Airworthiness Records Manager and work as part of a team with responsibility for ensure that our operation runs as smoothly as possible as we fly 3,900+ flights per day and 20+million passengers per month. The role will include - 

  • Sorting and filing of maintenance records and storing in the archive in accordance with internal procedures and applicable regulation.
  • Ensuring the records archive is kept in an acceptable condition to ensure compliance with applicable regulation.
  • Assist with requests for records retrieval from the archive.
  • Assist with moving of records between main and satellite records archives.

Qualifications

 

  • Must have excellent communication skills, both in-person and by electronic means.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision in a collaborative team environment.
  • Computer literate, with working knowledge Word, Excel.
