We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to performing a variety of sales support, accounting, and administrative tasks. This person will work around 70% of the time supporting Services on customers' paperwork/permissions and the remaining will support on small procurement activities & general administrative work. 

In this role you will processing supplier invoices, managing the resolution of invoice matching queries and liaising with the business to get approval of invoices without a PO, management of the supplier invoicing mailbox and resolution of any queries received, monthly reconciliation of supplier statements, requesting missing invoices, investigating, and resolving queries. Reconciliation of supplier accounts, assist with month end close process and prepare creditor reports, assist with other areas of finance function when required.

This role would suit a determined problem-solver, who can think logically for troubleshooting issues and multitasking able to deal with accounting and financial enquiries. 

• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fast data inputting ability without compromising accuracy.
• Good knowledge of bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures.
• Competency in MS Office, especially Excel. 
• Worked for a manufacturing company.
