Job Description
- Deliver sales against agreed targets for key accounts, including their overseas subsidiaries.
- Account development planning to drive long term growth
- Supporting strategic and operational excellence across different channels and in collaboration with other internal teams
- Customer ownership through team to drive excellent key accounts’ relationships
- Lead a sales team towards Rotork vision and strategy
- Be a communication channel between oversea colleagues to China key accounts, our internal counterparts
- Support Sector Manager for related data for budget, such as sales plans, forecasting and other KPIs
- Work effectively through a matrix structure to build growth and strong, productive internal relationships that create benefit for multiple functions
- Ensure governance and tools & processes are respected and adhered to
Qualifications
Education:
- Degree or recognised qualification in Engineering.
- Good command of English, (both spoken and written).
Experience & Skills:
- 8 years of sales experience in industrial engineering company, and accompanying proven track record of success, eps for key account sales
- Proven track record in leading and developing high-performing teams
- Knowledge and experience of sales techniques.
- Strong collaborative working across different areas, functions or countries.
- Strong business acumen and experience of international sales project management.
- Familiar with valve or actuator preferred.
- Passion for business growth.
