As our Customer Relationship Manager, you’ll be the face and voice of our ETO Hub. You’ll guide customers through the full order‑to‑delivery journey, ensuring their requirements are translated into robust, high‑quality solutions. This is a role where technical understanding meets customer leadership — and where your influence will be felt across engineering, operations, and commercial teams.
Responsibilities
Act as the single point of contact for customers, delivering clear, confident communication
Respond quickly to customer queries and manage expectations throughout the project
Negotiate with customers and internal teams to meet technical and delivery needs
Carry out accurate contract reviews and manage scope changes
Oversee technical and commercial aspects of each project lifecycle
Track inventory requirements and escalate risks early
Provide proactive updates on delivery timelines, including travel to customer or EPC sites
Build strong relationships across engineering, applications, finance, and operations
Develop project plans and influence delivery timescales
Prepare cost estimates and present solutions to senior stakeholders
Qualifications
Experience Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Product Design, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent experience)
Experience analysing, designing, testing, and improving industrial products
Familiarity with structured engineering techniques
Experience with task management, defect tracking, requirements capture, and KPIs
The Successful Candidate
Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
Willingness to travel
Proficiency with Microsoft tools, especially Dynamics CE
Strong problem‑solving skills and industrial design experience
