As a working student (all genders) you are part of Roland Berger’s powerful and global IT team. Together with highly motivated colleagues, you can contribute significantly to advancing our technological capabilities and achieving excellence in the consulting industry.

Your key responsibilities are:

  • Planning, installing, configuring, replacing and maintaining PCs and iOS devices according to the standard
  • Providing first-level IT support to users via phone, ticketing system, and on-site assistance
  • Troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues
  • Collaborating and contributing to innovative IT projects
  • Documenting support cases and maintaining accurate records of devices and inventory

Qualifikationen

  • Successfully completed (technical) high school diploma or university entrance qualification
  • Enthusiasm for IT topics and digital solutions
  • Structured way of working and distinct service orientation
  • Confident handling of MS Office and common Microsoft Office applications
  • Enjoy teamwork, reliability and a high level of motivation and willingness to learn
