Job Description

  • Coordinate creation of high-quality, insightful content across various formats such as whitepapers, case studies, industry reports, infographics, videos, social media content, etc. Ensure content is tailored to different audience segments (e.g., C-suite executives, industry professionals, potential clients) and reflects Roland Berger’s expertise and value proposition.
  • Collaborate closely with consulting teams and industry experts to gather insights and translate complex business concepts into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with target audiences.
  • Manage the end-to-end content lifecycle, coordinating content planning, creation, editing, proofreading, optimization for SEO/SEM, and distribution across multiple channels (website, social media platforms, newsletters, industry publications, events, etc.).
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape and best practices in management consulting and relevant sectors. Proactively identify new content opportunities and innovative ways to showcase Roland Berger’s thought leadership.
  • Understand specifics of SEA, Korean and Chinese market, integrating localized insights into content to address the specific needs and interests of clients and prospects in respective countries.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (e.g., digital marketing, PR, event) to ensure content is integrated into broader marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all content assets, adhering to Roland Berger’s brand guidelines, tone of voice and visual identity.
